How does a bankrupcy affect you later on?

| My husband and I are considering the idea to declare bankrupcy and we would appreciate your thoughts about our problem. We are having all sorts of debts and we have reached the line where we cannot do anything to make our situation better. I would like some information regarding how does a bankruptcy affects you later? |

| I don’t think that bankruptcy could harm you more then any other possible solution. However, I don’t think that you should declare bankruptcy until you are positive that you cannot do absolutely nothing regarding your debts. You can always find some alternative solution such as contact your creditors etc. Bankruptcy law is very strict and there are some possible affects no one would like to experience. |
