How high are solicitors fees for re-mortaging

| I am struggling with repaying the mortgage on my house. I was reading on the Internet about the possibility of re-mortgaging. I am not a finance expert and therefore I would hire a solicitor to do this for me. Does anyone here know how high solicitors fees for re-mortgaging are? Any kind of your help will benefit me a lot. Thank you in advance. |

| I am not a bank or finance expert as well but I can say that re-mortgaging is a very delicate thing to do and of course it is hard to do it on your own. Therefore, to hire a professional is a right thing to do. If you choose the solicitor for such deal you have to know that they are forking together with mortgage brokers because they are not economic experts after all. Due to that their fees are slightly higher than the fees of the brokers. The fees also vary from the connections that the solicitor has and its knowledge of the matter. As far as I am concern their fees are not that high comparing to the regular low practice fees. |
