| Since I am selling my house to a buyer which showed me a great interest in getting it, I am thinking about what I should say and what I can leave unsaid. As any other house, this one has its faults, for example, before painting there was a great water trace on the wall, but my buyer could not see it because paint covered it, there are some other issues also, and I think that I should probably tell him about that, but I’m afraid that he wouldn’t buy the house than. What should I do, how honest do you have to be with your buyer? |

| It is nice of you to have conscience, which is something that you can rarely find today, especially when it comes to selling and buying properties. That means that you would be a member of very small group of people who haven’t cheated their buyers in some manner… However, if you feel uncomfortable, than you should probably tell him about your house’s faults. The thing is, he expects something anyway, when a person is buying anything, he must always count on at least some errors to occur. |
