How important is Introduction page on net?

| I have recently started thinking about advertising over the internet, since I am starting a new business, and I am aware that this is one of the most efficient methods. I have heard that there are various forms of such advertising, and if anyone could tell me how important is Introduction page on net, I would be thankful. |

| Internet advertising is on the big rise in recent years, and it seems that the trend is not slowing down. As you can witness yourself, literally every site has some ads on their front page. Typically, sites can have several banners, but there are those with over dozen or two dozen banners, so you can see it can be quite lucrative. With all that said, it is quite clear that as much as your website is important, so is the introductory element key segment of it. Simply put, if your introductory page does not draw any attention, rarely will people bother to explore further. Hope you find the info helpful. |
