How is Global Debt Facility functioning?

| Do you know how the Global Debt Facility has been functioning with the deepening economic crisis in the United States of America and on a global level? Do you think that considering to invest through this mechanism is still a wise option at this moment in time? All your views on the matter would be more than welcome. |

| In crises such as the one we are entering at the moment, and which require engagement at the highest level, even directly by the current president and the presidential candidates in the United States, it is obvious that all parts of the US financial system are affected. This also goes for the Global Debt Facility. |

| Why don't you go and consult with an investment adviser and see what they have got to say on the issue? I am also very interesting in hearing what the expert advice might be when it comes to investing in US debt securities at the moment. Although, I can make a fair guess as to what the advice may amount to. |
