How long do I have to wait for a credit card?

| Hi. Can you tell me this, please? I have just applied for a credit card. As I have a good and stable job, I am not doubting I will be accepted. The question is how long I will have to wait for the card to arrive. Could you enlighten me please? And I do hope it is not too long as I am planning to use the card for a specific purpose. |

| Hello! Generally you would receive a credit card after a week or so. That is, a week or so after you have been accepted for the card. The credit card lender will send you the card in the post, after which you can start using it. Just keep in mind that spending is easy if you put it all on the plastic. Be careful what you use a credit card for. |
