| Recently I’ve decided to get a mortgage, for I can’t live with my parents anymore. The problem is in the fact that I don’t really have a stable job and even if I get the mortgage, who knows if I’m gonna be able to pay for it every month, regularly. What are my options like? Say that I skip a month, than two….. and so on. How long does a mortgage last? |

| It is not a question at all, for I really doubt that anyone would give you a mortgage, you have one salary, and even that one isn’t stable. Mortgages are meant for people with children, a family and stuff, at least that is how it’s like in my country. Maybe things are going to change some day, but I doubt that it would be soon. You definitely have no many options. Get married, or something. |
