| Whether you sell your property early or after a while really depends on several factors. The primary factor is the quality of your property. Another is the appeal of the neighborhood. People resent buying anything in places which are not too secure, or do not have a hospital, or a school nearby. Of course, and that is the third thing, the individual preferences really vary and it all comes down to whether the right people come across your property. You should not disregard the price as an important factor. In any case, there is a possibility of you selling your property in days, or in a span of couple of months, or even longer. The more positive factors you have on your side, the faster you will sell your property. Best of luck. |
