We applied for a mortgage for our new house. The broker told us it will not take much time. But we are so eager to get the valuation. Do you know how much time it usually takes? We applied 3 days ago. Please help us; I can not sleep of anticipation.
Hold one, woman, you are not the only one applying for mortgage! It usually takes 4 to 6 weeks to get the valuation. It’s a standard procedure. Everybody waits for that long or even longer. But you, being so uptight may nor survive it. Take it easy! And good luck with your mortgage!
