How long it usually takes to sell a house?

| Hi. After my boyfriend and I split up, I have decided to move back to my hometown and we are going to sell the house we had bought together. I am pretty sure there will be quite a profit compared to when we bought the place. But in the meantime we have built up a huge a mount of joint debts, which have to paid off. To be honest it is quite urgent now. Please can you tell me how long it will take to sell the house? Thanks. |

| Hello there. I am sorry to hear you got stuck in debts too. It is a familiar story to me Two years ago I sold my flat exactly because of that. Meanwhile I moved to the south of France where I am very happy. Anyway, the flat was sold 3 hours after it was put on the market, but how quick you will sell your house depends on the quality, location and price. |
