| Well, I’ve finally decided to start with all the trouble around opening my new restaurant. This seemed so unreal earlier, but now it is a dream come true. Do you have any experiences with starting a business like this? I’m especially interested to hear how much are property expenses, so that I can estimate what I am going to lose during every month, if my restaurant gets on it’s feet. |

| I believe that you should definitely think about this in advance, since I know some people who lost all that they had just because they were not considering taxes and other obligations on time. So, they start a business, it all goes so well and they believe that just next month they are in ability to expend it. Now, that can’t be done. Save something in order to take care about unpredictable happenings, that is what I always say. You can never know what may happen while you are not prepared to watch. |
