| Hello people. My name is Rose and I would appreciate if some of you could give me information. I would like to buy a house and I want to take out a mortgage. I am not quite up to date with our mortgage market nowadays, so I was wondering if someone could tell me how much are costs of preparing mortgage accounts? Other advice about mortgages are also welcome. Thank you. |

| Hi there Rose. Well, mortgage market nowadays is constantly changing. Competition is harsh, there are new companies with new services so, to be honest, it is quite difficult to stay informed. I cannot give you the right figure but I think that all those fees and administrative charges, including above mentioned costs, cannot be more then hundred pounds. I have heard though that some companies take a percentage of the entire mortgage. So, you should pay attention to that when looking for the right lender. That is all I know.
