| Hello financial experts! The idea of an ISA really appeals to me. Who would not want to save due to not having to pay taxes? I want to invest in shares through the security of an ISA. But the question is how much can be invested into an ISA??? Is there any limit or not? Your comments are more than appreciated. Thanks so much. |

| Hi. If you are talking about a so called Mini ISA, the maximum you can invest in anyone tax year is £3,000. Meaning that once you hit that figure, that's that! Even if you later on take out some money, you can not put in more in the same tax year. Put Maxi ISAs the rules are a bit different. In stocks and shares you are allowed to save an additional £4,000. |
