How much do estate agents cost?

| Hello, I was thinking about buying a house. At first I thought I could do it on my own. But I have realized that it is not as simple as I have imagined. That is why I am forced to find an estate agent. Do you know how much do estate agents cost? Feel free to write down anything you think. Thank you. |

| Hi, I know perfectly how you feel. People usually think that we can do everything on ourselves, but the reality is completely different. Concerning your question I have to say that there are many estate agents. And they all charge for a different price. Usually when you pay a higher price you get better service, but that does not have to mean in all cases. |
