| I got a new job four months ago. I was very happy at the beginning. However, I did not get a promised rise of my salaries. I do not know what to do. Maybe I should just wait for them to remember. Do I have any legal rights to force them to give me a rise? What could a person do when his company is not accomplishing their promises? Without that rise, I could not manage to save anything per month. |

| That is the often problem in today companies. Because the market is unstable, companies often experience shortage of money. Therefore, they cannot pay their workers on time or not give them rises they are promising. You could wait for them to remember of course. However, you should ask your employer how long you should be waiting. It would be better if you could organize a couple of colleagues to go together. Of course, if your rise is part of your working contract, you do have some legal ways to get your wages. However, those are all one time and risky options. Risky, because you will probably get part of your wages, but how big part, nobody knows. And one time because employer will, most certainly, fire you after that. |
