How much is Stamp duty on rent?

| I think that I have done it right when I’ve decided to rent my place, finally. I have even found great tenants in advance, so that way I’m sure that I’ll have no greater problems with them. But there’s one thing that I forgot to think about, and that is my stamp duty. Tell me, how much is stamp duty on rent? |

| As I’ve managed to notice they can be very different. I had friends who never had obligation to pay for it at all, I’ve never understood why. Anyway, it varies depending on price of the object or rent, there are forms which may help you establish your future obligation. You can look for it at the Internet. |
