How much is an Estate Agent going to charge?

| Hello! I already have one house which I plan to sell in order to gather money and buy a better house for my family. Some of my friends have told me that the best way to sell a house is over estate agent. I've looked for them but I realize that they are too expensive. Do you know how much estate agent charge should for this? |

| Estate agents are regularly into the top three professionals with smallest trust. Of course, they are coming with different reputations. Every estate agent will tell you that he can easily sell your house. Although they suppose to do all things connected to selling your house, they usually don’t. If you decide to use an estate agent after all, it is important to understand the type of the contract that they offer to you. My advice would definitely be that you sell your house yourself and save a fortune. Their fees could leave a really big whole in your equity after the sale. You have to ask yourself do you really need their help. |
