How much is capital gain tax on pub licence?

| Hey folks! I would like to open up a pub in my place. It is something that I always wanted to do. One of the essential things for it is pub licence. I would appreciate if someone could tell me how much is capital gain tax on pub licence? Thank you in advance for your posts. |

| Hello to you too. Wow, your own pub! It must be very exciting. To be honest, I’m not quite sure if you should pay capital gains tax in order to get your pub license. It doesn’t make any sense to me. Capital gain is the difference between what you’ve paid for some asset and how much you will get. Appropriate rate is applied then to that difference. I really don’t see how does that fit in here. What you should do is talk to some tax expert about the issue and see what he will tell you. Or maybe someone else from here can tell you more.
