| Hello! I am Jack and I am kindly asking you for help. Namely, I am director of limited company and I will receive about 20000 GBP as dividend and about 4000 – 5000 GBP as pay. So, regarding the fact that my company will pay 19% tax on dividends, will I need to pay same amount of money on my dividends? |

| Hello, Jack! I will try to explain you this: up to about 32000 GBP tax 10%; above mentioned sum tax arise to 40%. But, if amount of money which you mentioned above is your only income this year, then you will not need to pay any tax on dividends this year. I hope I was understandable enough for you! |
