| I have recently started thinking about making a good strategy, since I am starting a new business, and I am aware that Customer Relationship Management is one of the most efficient methods. I would like to know more about how much marketing would you recommend we do. If anyone could tell me more of it, I would be thankful. |

| Customer Relationship Management is indeed one of the soundest business strategies and it seems to me that you have made a good choice with that strategy. However, in order to make the best of it, and to really satisfy your customers as much as possible and thus ensure you will get the maximum profit, you need to plan very carefully. One of the most active forms of such marketing is going from door to door, and, even more so, televised commercials. The more you do it, up to a certain level, the more it will pay off for you. I suggest you set aside at least 10-20% of your initial budget for these purposes. Hope you find the info helpful. |
