How often are bubbles on housing markets?

| How often bubbles appear on housing markets? I am asking this because I am thinking that soon after one bubble emerges I can expect to get a crash and then I can buy something that is not over priced like all equities are right now. I think that this answer will help me to find what I am looking for. |

| You just omitted to tell us where you are planning to buy this equity. Housing bubbles are different in different parts of the world. Even now you have some bubbles and I don’t know on what part of the world you have your eye set to. I am sure that you are not counting seriously on market crash to be able to buy some decent equity that is not all that expensive. I see where you are coming form but the problem is because you will not be able to know when this happened until it is already gone by, so I wouldn’t count too much on all this. |
