| I have recently been thinking about buying investment property. In order to have enough funds to finance it, I got an investment loan. However, as it seems to me it will not be as adequate as I thought it would, I was thinking about rearranging it. If anyone could tell me how to do it, that would be great. Thanks in advance. |

| As you are probably aware, buying an investment property is already pretty risky on its own. It seems to me that if you do not calculate the loan you are getting to cover it the right way, you might end up in even bigger trouble. However, there is a way to make a new arrangement if you have miscalculated some financial aspect of your deal, or if there are simply some new circumstances that have arisen. Contact your lender and get a restructured deal. You will probably be able to get a different loan with the same interest rate without any complications. I hope you find the info helpful. Best of luck. |
