How to avoid market tricks?

| We are about to put our house on a market. We agreed at what price we are selling. The property is valuable and desirably by many. We want to sell it fast, but to avoid any market tricks. Is it possible? What would be the safest way to sell for a good price without any scams and rip ofs? |

Maybe the best way to sell such a property is to hire a respectable estate agency. It’s in there interest to sell it quick and for the best price. They know all the tricks, don’t worry. After all they work for the commission. I could recommend you some if you want.
