How to be sure that online banking is safe?

| How can I really be sure if online banking is safe? I mean, this seems terribly unsafe to me, when I check my status that is OK, but I heard that people are transferring money this way and that they are sending it to other people abroad; they are making payments and some similar things... But, isn’t this awfully risky? |

| It simply can’t be! There are regulations which are preventing all the bad things to happen. I know that there are lots of hackers now, but I don’t think that it is much easier to them to hack into some server than it would be to bank robbers to get into that institution with loaded gun. These threats are always present; you should count on them in advance. |
