I have been a sole trader for five years. I feel that now is the right time that I make a change from Sole Trader to Ltd Company. The pressure was very high, and I could not handle very well with the fact that that I am responsible for all the debts and problems. Does anyone know how can I do it?
I think that it is not a hard thing to do. a lot of sole traders are changing their status to limited company. Since you have problems with responsibilities, I think that you have made a good decision about changing your status. There are many advantages and I positive you will work just fine this way.
