How to declare a bankruptcy?

| I have my own firm for two years. I had some problems in the beginning but I thought that I would be able to overcome them. I was wrong. Not only did I fail to overcome them but they cause even bigger problem as well. Now I have to accept the fact that bankruptcy is my reality. Can you tell me how to declare a bankruptcy? |

| Hi, first of all I would like to say that I am sorry for your failure. I understand perfectly how you must feel. I too had a firm long time ago. I have paid the cost of coupe of bad decisions. Concerning your question first you have to see if you are approved to file bankruptcy. If your counselor thinks that you are, then you have to contact a lawyer that will guide you through this process. |
