Hello. I am 46 years old and my wife and I decided to save some money in order to invest in our children’s future. We came to an idea to buy some shares or bonds and save them in order to secure financial future for our child. But, I’m not sure how to explain to the broker that I want to invest for my children?

This is actually very easy thing to do and it needs no detailed explanation. All you have to do is tell your broker that you want to buy stocks with good long-term perspective. I recommend buying bonds because they are safer and the risks are smaller. Many of my friends already bought long-term bonds with the same idea. And, I must admit that it is something all of us should do in order to secure our children. I don’t think that stocks are potentially lucrative from long-term view because you might end up selling them yourself in your time of need.
