| I have a business for quite some time and it has been spreading and going really well overall. It seems to me that it is time to make a new business acquisition. However, I do not have experience with business purchasing, so if anyone could give me a suggestion about what is the best way to finance the acquisition, that would be great. |

| When buying another business it is usually pretty common not to pay from your pocket for it. You can purchase a majority of the company, but you should also try to finance that from some other source. For example, you could take a commercial loan. It is pretty common way of dealing with the costs of an acquisition and I think it is the best one you can choose. It has been a choice of many experienced business purchasers. You can find some more info about it at http://www.business-sale.com/nresourcefunding.html. |
