| I have recently been looking to sell my house. It is the first time I am doing something like that. I would need some help with how to get my house ready to be viewed by potential buyers. I am aware that it is one of the most important factors of successful transaction, so if anyone could help me, that would be great. Thanks in advance. |

| I can only agree with you that getting your house ready for viewing is a key element in a sale. Simply put, how you will present your property to a buying party will determine not only whether they will or will not make an offer, but also how large that offer will be. In order to get your house completely ready, I suggest you completely clean it up from top to bottom. You may even call some specialized companies and get everything thoroughly cleaned. However, more importantly, you need to make all the necessary repairs, and be sure not to miss a thing. It seems to me that if you do these things you will achieve the maximum result. Best of luck. |
