How to increase a value of farm?

| My cousin has a farm and he wants to sell it. The only problem is that he cannot achieve the good price. The price is not big, but people are not interest in buying a farm. Is there a way that we can increase the value of a farm? How can we do it? I appreciate for every advice or comment on my question. Thank you. |

| I have to say that when it comes to this area I do not have any knowledge about it. I have never been on the farm before. I presume you can talk with a financial adviser about your options. But all that means that you will have to way for it. So you should think about it is it really worth it. Maybe you should just sell it for the highest price you can get from your potential buyers. |

| I would try to looka the fram rather as a farm, but more as a piece of land. With that mindset you can look for valuable minerals or location to help up the value. |
