How to know if this is legal contract?

| I have recently started a company. There are some pretty good things happening and I have recently got an offer for signing a pretty lucrative contract. However, I have one question. How to know if this is legal contract?. I do not have much experience with that, so if anyone could help me, that would be great. Thanks in advance. |

| Business scams are unfortunately not at all rare thing. They can happen to anyone inexperienced, or lacking knowledge. Sealing an illegal contract will not only be a problem for you in terms of simply a business that went wrong, but also you will have legal consequences. In order to prevent that, I suggest you hire an accountant, or a lawyer, and get a legal advice on every contract that is offered to you. I hope you will find this information helpful.
