| Starting a new business is always risky and you should be very careful with all the crucial segments regarding its functioning - business plan, surveys, tax paying, legal documents. Now, being in a partnership somewhat eases your situation because you have split responsibility and every downfall can be more easily amortized. In order to make a partnership agreement, you first need to make a very precise calculations regarding the business with your future partner. You have to be sure it is good for both of you, as there are situations where one of the partners backs out shortly after the company starts its business, which leaves the other partner in very big problems.
