How to make official complaint about bank service?

| Last month I was trying to pay my electricity bill and I went to the closest bank which I’d usually avoid because that’s where that woman works... Her behavior is simply terrible. Now I was in a hurry, so I went there and there she was working. So I paid what I had to, but when I left the building I’ve realized that I’ve somehow lost 10% out of entire amount, and that was not a small amount! How can I make official compliant about bank service? I don’t want to go against that woman, there’s no point in it. |

| I’m not sure if you are thinking that the bank is the one who took your money. I knew once a guy who worked in a bank and he was a real kleptomaniac... that’s the truth, honestly! He simply liked to take more money, that was a small amount on each person, but at the end he’d come up with double salary. So, you should ask questions about that woman, after all. If you only care for the money, than that is a different story. |
