I have recently been thinking about personal pension schemes and I realized that it would be best if I made a transfer between personal pensions. However, I would like somehow to propose a change to the scheme, as it seems to me it can be organized even better. How do I do it? If anyone could tell me whether that is possible at all, that would be great. Thanks in advance.

Pensions schemes are very complex and making it all work is something whole country is trying to do and many times fail, even though the best experts in this field worked on it. Often you can hear that political parties have different ideas on organizing pension scheme. On the level of a company, employer, or manager, or someone of the executives can propose a change, or start reorganizing pension policy. However, here is again about experts in the field and people with great experience. The best thing you can do here, no matter how your ideas might be well intended, is to get along and see which scheme works best for you. I hope you will find some that would suit you. In fact I am sure you will. Best of luck.
