| Hello everybody! Couple of days ago, in a conversation with my friend, I found out that I can get some extra cash by using my property, by releasing equity to be more precise. Now, my question would be: how to release Equity from a Property? Thank you in advance for your answers. |

| Hello to you too. Yes, you can use your property to get some extra cash. By releasing equity, you use the value of your home to get either the entire sum at once, or to get regular payments for a certain period of time. How much you will get depends on the value of the property and on your age. The older your are, the bigger sum you will get. But you have to know that, in order to get this equity release, you need to be over sixty. Best thing to do is to consult someone from the company that offers this service.
