I have recently started a new business and I hope it will be successful. However, before that, I need to hire an accountant. This is very responsible position and I would like to know how to select one. I really do not have too much experience, so any kind of help would be great. Thanks in advance.

I fully agree with you that an accountant is very important. In fact, he is the key person for running your business successfully. That is why you have to be extremely careful when hiring one. The criteria on which you will select the best accountant should be, in my opinion some of the following. It is best if it is very experienced accountant. Also, he has to have an impeccable record, with no suspicion upon it. Also, he has to be specialized in your field of business, as that is also very relevant.
