| I have recently realized that I should start setting up my will. I have decided what to leave to whom, but I am not sure exactly how to set it up. I really do not have too much experience, so if anyone could give me any advice, that would be great. Thanks very much in advance. |

| Setting up your will is very important. It effectively protects those who will inherit your property and it will insure that the process goes without any disputes. What you need to do is to call your lawyer and see with him all the terms of the will (which you will also set), and have him seal it, as he is the only one who will then have the authority to reopen it and show it to everyone that happens to be mentioned in your will. For some more info, you can go to www.bankrate.com/thirdage/news/dollardiva/20000412c.asp. Best of luck. |
