| Hi! I have had a small business for twenty years and during that time I managed to save a lot of money. I have recently decided to start a small bank, as that is the kind of business I always wanted to run. If anyone could give me some help as to how to start it, it would be great. Thanks in advance. |

| Starting a bank is always very risky, probably more risky than starting a lots of other jobs. One of the main reason that it is so, is because you need very large starting deposit which is your guarantee that all transactions you or your clients make will be covered. The amount of the deposit is determined by the state, and also by the type of clients you will be working with. Since you want to start a small bank, it seems to me that you will be working mostly with individuals. That said, you wont probably have the largest deposit possible. If you want more information, legal and financial, I suggest you talk to government representatives. Also, you can find useful information at http://www.banking4bankers.com. Hope this helps. |

Devlon,
I have two very valuable commercial lots right off highway 99 in California. I would like to find an investor who would like a 50% stake in the project. The 8.77 acre parcel closest to the freeway would be 310K for a 50% stake in land and project (14 commercial buildings). 450K for 50% stake in a 10 acre 70 unit commercial condominium project. Both of these are in the immediate path of explosive growth. Million to be made over the next 2-5 years. |
