| Is there inheritance tax on gifts and claims? There is that little girl that has nothing in the world and I would like so much to give her a small part of my possessions, and I would like to do that immediately. Problem is the fact that I am annoyed with idea that taxes seem to be included again. People just can’t do anything good these days. Is it the truth? If not, where did idea came from? |

| I believe that, if the thing you want to give to that girl is large enough, you’ll have to pay inheritance tax. But, there is a limit for which you do not pay any taxes, and it considers total value of your gift, also I could recommend you that, if you want to avoid paying taxes by any cause, you give her certain sum of money each tax year, because annual gifts are tax exempted. Only marriage partners are excluded at any time and in any case. |
