ING Direct Mortgages Sounds Too Good To Be True

| I need some general info about ING direct mortgage? I am considering assessing the mortgage application I would like buying a house-but to be honest I am afraid of being refused for I already have some other debts and I am already informed that the mortgage broker would first check my credit report and other financial history and these debts are not actually a nice opt to start with. So what do you think about ING direct mortgage-does it sounds too good to be true? |

| Yes it sounds to good to be true for I somehow dont believe into those mortgages taken online or by the phone though I have heard recently some people have assessed their mortgage application online using this ING direct mortgage opt and they are pretty much satisfied with the conditions and its rates. Anyway I am not that much familiar with the facts about ING direct mortgages but it is just that I have heard many people complaining about it. |
