| Good afternoon to everyone on this forum. I must admit that huge mistake was made by me or by the consultant from the insurance agency. Anyway, I bought the endowment policy and signed the contract believing that it’s written in it only what the consultant already told me. Unfortunately, there are some parts of the contract which I don’t like and now I don’t know what to do. |

First, didn’t you learn that every contract must be thoroughly read before signing and that most institutions especially the financial ones rob their clients on basis of what’s practically hidden in the contract? So, every contract should be studied carefully and every misunderstanding be made clear. Now it’s too late for you. But you could try to change some of the conditions you don’t agree with and get exactly the endowment you need, and of course you can surrender the endowment to that company or sell it on the market trough some intermediaries. What your first step will be in solving this problem depends on whether you want to stay with the same company or you’d like to change it.
