| I am buying a house or that is what I would like to manage at least-but the thing is that I dont have enough money for a deposit which is so common in mortgage taking out. So I just need some general info on buying a house without a deposit if it is possible anyway. Thanks much! |

| It is possible for that is how I got my mortgage for buying a house and I actually called on a silent partner who actually paid 20 of the total house cost and the best thing is that I paid nothing for my loan part interest. Anyway I managed all this through the Adelaide Bank and all you have to do to make such a deal is to accept some conditions such as giving to the bank specific amount of shared equity which usually depends on your house value in the future. |
