| My wife and I have been thinking about ways f improving our financial situation. We cannot not have kids and we only need money for ourselves. Since we already have a spare room we were thinking about renting it. What do you think about it? Should we rent the room? |

I do not see any reason why you should not rent it. All you have to do is to find the person that suits you rent the room to her or him. This way you will earn money and you will not be lonely. Maybe the best solution is to rent it to a student. Try it and see what will happen. I am positive you will not have any problems. If you do have, you can always rent it to someone else or you do not have to rent the spare room at all.
