I don't have a clue as to what they are saying, but this is the link to Radio Sawa. This is the US Goverment broadcasting unit that is going into Iraq. Seen the video of the C-130s broadcasting into Iraq? Well, this is what they are hearing. Radio Sawa is a part of the US Dept. of State's International Broadcasting..the Voice of America people.
