| Hi! Can anyone help me out here? I am getting pretty angry here. For the umpteenth time my bank has overcharged me for something that was absolutely NOT, I repeat, NOT my fault. I am loosing my nerves over this! I have decided that this is the time that I must switch banks. Can you suggest me a good current account with a bank that has decent customer service? |

| Hang on... calm down and relax! There is no need to get that angry with your bank! They are only an organisation that is trying to make money, just like you are trying. Personally I have a Privilege account with the co-op bank, and I am very happy with them. They say that the co-op is a bank with a difference, and that is really true. Have a look at all the services that this bank account is offering... What more would you need? |
