| I am having a pretty hard time at work at the moment. Being an employee in a small company, I have the feeling that a large part of the work load is falling onto me, and that everyone is relying on me to finish all the jobs. This puts me under stress, and I don't want to take it anymore. Can you give me any advice? |

| The first thing you should quite clearly do is to have a very serious conversation with your boss of manager about this issue. If something does not change, just make it clear that from now on you will carry out the tasks that fit your job description, but not other peoples' jobs. |
