| While we were still searching for the right place to move in, my husband spotted this beautiful little house downtown, and I was thrilled too, so we’ve bought it. It has a garden and two floors and, also, interior is full of wooden elements and furniture. Only problem is our neighbor, he claims that he has the right to go through our garden whenever he wants in order to maintain his, is that possible? I don’t think that it was mentioned while we were buying the house. |

| It is possible, of course, such act can be allowed by the court, on demand of that neighbor you’ve mentioned. But, here comes the tricky part, you should check if in the contract was clearly written that this guy can pass through your garden, if there is no such detail than a guy who sold you the house must be alarmed, for that detail would, normally, lower the price of a house. And your responsibility is to read everything before you buy a property. |
