| The truth is that I honestly have problems to understand my benefits and all the things that I’m obligated to do, last week I’ve received this phone call… Person was telling me about these opportunities which I should not miss and I thought that I’m free from that, I don’t want anybody to tell me about things that I don’t understand… In fact, I consider that a legal way to rob people… Do they have right to do that? |

| These things are common, you should not be so angry, it is not a problem but you are dealing with this individual who is not working by the rules. But, as much as I know, they shouldn’t do that, when my mother was on couch-potato portfolio she has never received any disturbing phone call. You should complain. And, if you don’t understand some things, well, ask them! They should be available for you all the time. |
