I just wanted to tell all of those people here that are starting new companies, or struggling with the existing ones, that financial planning and projection is definitely of paramount importance. Neglecting this will result in your company hitting hard trouble, and perhaps not lasting at all. I know this is something simple, but many people forget it.
Of course what you are saying is true. I would also add to that that people who are not qualified accountants should not struggle on with trying to do the bookkeeping themselves in a bid to cut costs. Accounting is never something you should save on, as it will cost you in the end!
