In serious debt due to CC's

| I hope someone here has some advice for me because I am getting seriously desperate. Over the years I have built of a huge debt on my credit cards. I lost my job due to a redundancy and then I had no choice but to put everything on the cards. The debts have now reached the level of almost 20 grand and I have no idea how to get rid of the debt. Please help. |

| Hi. Although I am sure this wont help you, I do want to say you are not alone. Many, many people now have serious problems with credit card debt. Partially I think this is due to irresponsible behaviour of credit card providers, and partially to individual financial mismanagement. Contact a financial advisor, I say, and discuss the ways of organizing your debts. It might be good to take out a personal loan to get rid of the credit cards, and thus create a lower monthly repayment. |
